WELCOME! I’m Heather. I’ve been practicing EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) since 2010. I remember being amazed how EFT went right to the source of so many issues I had circled around for years with talk therapy.

Childhood memories that continued to bother me, nagging self-doubts, even lack of motivation- ALL improved with EFT!

I was even more astonished when I experienced the effect it had on my problems with chronic pain. I’ve learned so much from my experiences and I love helping others with both emotional and physical pain.

Difficult Emotions

Identify and heal the roots of depression, anxiety, and anger as well as the limiting beliefs connected to them. These issues have their roots in the body and EFT releases this negative, trapped energy.

Trauma

If you sometimes feel “triggered” or have a high charge of intensity around a particular past event, EFT can deal with this gently and as painlessly as possible. We can even work on the issue without you having to share the specific details of the event.

Chronic Pain

Tapping on your symptoms will help us alleviate those sensations and can lead us to identifying the true origin of your pain so we can begin to unravel the pain process.
